Privacy Policy for Online Application

Foreword

The protection of personal data is important to us. Dealing with the data you provide to us is in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular those of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR).

Application information

We collect different types of information. This includes, in particular, your personal information with contact information as well as a description of your education, work experience and skills. In addition, you have the option of leaving us with electronically stored documents such as certificates or cover letters.

By applying, you assure that the information provided by you is true. We point out that any false statement or deliberate omission may be grounds for cancellation or later termination.

We do not require any information from you that is not exploitable under the General Equal Treatment Act (race, ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity). We also do not ask you to provide information on any illness, pregnancy, ethnic origin, political beliefs, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health or sex life. The same applies to content that is likely to infringe rights of third parties (for example, copyrights, press rights or general rights of third parties).

Collection, processing, use and disclosure of your data

Personal data will only be collected, stored, processed and used for purposes related to your interest in current or future employment with us and processing your application. A passing on to third does not take place.

In addition, technical information is automatically transmitted to us when you visit our pages from your web browser. These are, for example, information about the browser you are using, information about the operating system, the time and date of your visit and, if applicable, the Referer URL. The use of this information is solely for statistical purposes and for the needs-based design of our website. As a user, you remain anonymous. A combination of this data with data from your online application is not possible.

In addition, we point out that the data you provide may be used to compile statistics on the (online) application process. The compilation of these statistics takes place exclusively for own purposes and is under no circumstances personalized but in anonymous form.

Please note that your data is not protected by default during transmission on the Internet and therefore can theoretically be viewed and changed by unauthorized third parties. If in doubt, use our mailing address to provide us with confidential information. When a contract is concluded, the necessary data such as name, address, data for contract processing are stored by us.

When submitting application documents, the applicant declares his / her consent to the data being stored in accordance with the statutory provisions.

LAR Process Analysers AG undertakes not to make the file accessible to third parties without the consent of the applicant, unless it serves to defend claims of third parties in a legal proceeding and to delete them immediately after the expiry of the proceedings.

If your application is successful, the data provided may be used for administrative matters in the context of employment.

Your online application will only be processed and taken note of by the relevant contact person. All employees responsible for data processing are required to protect the confidentiality of your data. Third parties will receive no information from your information under any circumstances. The processing of the data takes place exclusively in Germany.

Storage

If we can not offer you employment, we will retain the information you provide for up to six months for the purpose of answering questions related to your application and disapproval.

However, if your application documents are generally of interest and only currently no suitable employment is available, you can give us your consent to keep and store your data. So we can contact you for future job offers.

Data security

We are committed to maximizing the security of our system and using advanced data storage and security techniques to protect your data. This includes measures such as anti-virus software or a firewall. Of course, our safety measures are constantly being improved in line with technological developments. Your data is encrypted and then stored in a database. All systems in which your personal data are stored are protected against unauthorized access and accessible only to a specific group of persons responsible for personnel.

Change of privacy policy

If we change the content of this privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website.

Deletion of data, revocation of consent

At any time, you have the right to request more detailed information about the data stored about you, to view this data and to request that incorrect data about you be corrected or that the stored data be completely or partially deleted.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The relevant data will be deleted immediately. In this case, please address your revocation stating your full name and your e-mail address to bewerbungen@lar.com. In place of the deletion in the cases provided by law, a block of data can occur.
